The double-layer tile press is a machine that switches between high and low frames, producing one profile of color steel plate and installing it on the low frame, and producing another type of rolling mill and installing it on the high frame. A computer control system and a hydraulic shearing system are used in production. The emergence of this device saves space, reduces the time required to replace two types of panels, and increases output, thus meeting the needs of many small and medium-sized color steel enterprises.

The double-layer tile press adopts automatic control software to achieve production information management. The entire automation control system of the unit adopts a highly integrated network, which makes the performance of the automation system more superior.

The installation of color plates produced by double-layer tile pressing machines is relatively easy to master, while some details are more important to handle. For roof panels, corresponding edge finishing work should be carried out on the roof and eaves to prevent rainwater from entering the roof. The outer panel of the roof can be folded upwards between the ribs at the end of the steel plate using edge closing tools at the ridge. It is used at the upper end of all roof steel plates with a slope less than 1/2 (250) to ensure that water blown in by the wind under the flashing or cover plate will not flow into the building.
