Fully automatic color steel roof panel pressing machine, belonging to steel structure cold bending forming equipment, specially used for producing color steel tiles for factories/warehouses

The main section of the equipment structure and workflow forming machine (the long row of rollers on the left side in the figure) is a strip steel coil that enters from the left end of the equipment and is gradually cold-formed and pressed into a color steel tile pattern with wave peaks through multiple composition rollers. Rollers are generally quenched with bearing steel to ensure forming accuracy and wear resistance. The hydraulic fixed length cutting device (green yellow part on the right side of the figure) automatically cuts the formed sheet according to the set length here, using hydraulic flying shear cutting method, without stopping the machine, and the cut is flat. The yellow one is the cutting mold, the green one is the hydraulic drive and protective cover, and the four guide columns ensure the cutting accuracy. On the left side of the transmission and control system, you can see the reducer and chain transmission system, which are controlled by PLC and touch screen. The length and production quantity of the board can be set, and automatic counting and fixed length cutting can be performed. One person can be on duty for operation.
