During the production process of the Jiaochi 760 forming machine, it is inevitable to encounter various problems, such as deviation of the color steel plate. Once deviation occurs, it will affect the production of the machinery, cause engineering delays, and installation cannot be implemented. Therefore, we need to know how to correct these errors. After a long period of research and exploration, we have come up with a method to adjust this problem: if the equipment board runs to the right, we need to use iron blocks to pad the left corner, or flatten the right roller. If the first axis deviates, flatten the first axis. The upper roller should be consistent with the lower roller. If the upper roller is flattened, the lower roller should also be flattened. A uniform and symmetrical roller cannot be changed. If it still doesn't work, first adjust the four equal corners of the front and rear rows of the color steel tile press from the main frame to the position where the height of the upper end of the bottom shaft is consistent. Then, from the first row to the last row, find a straight line and check if the lower shaft is on a horizontal line. Adjust the left and right sides of the lower shaft to be horizontal. Find the symmetrical points for the first and last rows of the Jiaochi 760 molding machine, then tighten the locking nuts on both sides. Draw a straight line in front and behind the center of the middle wheel, adjust the gap between the upper and lower shafts, and then adjust the machine along the straight line. In fact, the remedy for board deviation requires long-term production and testing. Different deviation directions have different remedy methods, but one thing to note is that whether it is mechanical rollers or other parts, they need to be aligned on both sides. Only by aligning on both sides can they maintain symmetry and the shape of the product produced will be regular.
