The electric motor of the color steel forming machine is an important tool in machinery, so the maintenance and common problem handling of the electric motor are very important. However, the overall structure of the electric motor is still relatively complex, and a clear understanding of the common problems of the electric motor is needed in order to prescribe the right medicine during the maintenance process and ensure the normal operation of the electric motor.

1、 Disassembly and assembly of electric motor for color steel tile press machine

For the electric motor of the color steel tile press machine, it is generally necessary to disassemble and assemble the motor after a malfunction occurs, so it is very important to understand the precautions during the disassembly and assembly process of the motor. During the disassembly and assembly process of the electric motor, the following points should be noted: Firstly, prepare the disassembly and assembly tools for the electric motor in advance, such as wrenches, hammers, pliers, etc. If the electric motor has a certain structure, many tools are also needed; Follow the steps to disassemble and assemble the motor. First, remove the fan cover of the motor, and then remove the belt pulley associated with the fan; During the dismantling process, paired components can be labeled; Thirdly, be careful not to apply excessive force during the disassembly and assembly of the electric motor, as it may damage the accuracy of the components or parts; Afterwards, appropriate maintenance can be carried out on the electric motor. The bearings of the motor are lubricated with oil, the fan cover is kept clean, and all components during disassembly are protected.

2、 Stator winding coil burnout and treatment

During the operation of the color steel equipment motor, if the motor malfunctions, it can be disassembled to inspect its interior. If the stator winding coil turns black or discolored, it is possible that the stator winding coil is burnt out. The burnout of the stator winding coil may be due to a large difference in resistance. In this case, the stator winding coil is likely to overheat, causing the phenomenon of stator winding coil burnout to occur.

The problem of stator winding coil burnout is mainly solved by replacing the stator winding coil. During the process of replacing the stator winding coil, the following issues need to be noted: firstly, the original stator winding coil needs to be cut off and separated from the stator core slot. During the cutting process, extra attention should be paid not to damage other parts of the motor; Secondly, it is necessary to configure new stator winding coils based on the specifications of the original stator winding coils. This mainly involves analyzing the number of turns and coils of the original stator winding coils, as well as recording the diameter of the wires; Once again, it is necessary to develop new stator winding coils and organize them in preparation for replacement; Afterwards, clean up the debris in the stator core slot, then place insulation paper in it, and use tools to insert the new stator winding coil into it; Connect the wires according to the original motor wiring method and cover them with insulating sleeves. After replacing the stator winding coils, it is necessary to measure the resistance of the new motor, including the phase to phase resistance and the insulation resistance of the casing. If all the measurements meet the requirements, the motor can be reassembled to test whether it can work normally.
