The production process of the 800 type glazed tile forming machine is not complicated. The production line equipment can be fully automated, or a combination of mechanical equipment and manual production can be used. The 800 type glazed tile forming machine is installed under welding stress effect. If the tightness of the welded part is small, such as thin plate thickness or in a free and unconstrained state, the welded part will undergo corresponding scale changes, shortening, bending or warping. If it is estimated that expansion is needed or other components need to be fixed in the future, the foundation should be segmented, and additional plates and connectors should be installed at the connection end of the foundation. The foundation should be able to achieve the recycling of lubricant used in cold bending forming. When separating the foundation, attention should be paid to ensuring that each foundation has smooth recycling or that there is no water leakage between the foundations.
