Debugging of 840 color steel tile press machine before application:

First, align the height of the four corners of the front and rear rows of the color steel tile press equipment from the main frame to the upper end of the bottom shaft. Then, from the row to the back row, find a straight line and check if the lower shaft is in a straight line. Adjust the left and right sides of the lower shaft to be horizontal. Find the center of the color steel tile equipment row and the rear row, then tighten the locking nuts on both sides. Draw a straight line in front and behind the center of the middle wheel, adjust the gap between the upper and lower shafts, and then adjust the machine along the straight line. The structure of the color steel tile press machine is reasonable and easy to operate, with feeding, molding, dripping, heating, trimming, slotting, and cutting to form the board, such as running to the right, placing a pad on the left corner (feeding rack), or placing it flat on the right side (which axis runs off and falls flat on the bottom, and the upper axis falls with the bottom axis).
