The detection part of the glazed tile pressing machine includes: a pulse encoder for detecting the length of colored steel tiles, an up and down travel switch for pressing, an up and down travel switch for cutting blades, up and down operation buttons for pressing, an up and down travel button for cutting blades, an emergency stop switch, a hydraulic start stop switch, and so on. The PLC of the glazed tile pressing machine adopts KDN-K306-24AR from the KDN-K3 series. The glazed tile pressing machine has 14 inputs/10 relay outputs, which precisely meets the input and output requirements. Paired with KDN text screen, it can complete parameter settings, alarm display, help information, production data display, and more.

The glass tile pressing machine requires high number pulse input function, and the KDN-K306-24AR has excellent high number input performance. And use the fixed value interrupt function. There are many parameters to set for the tile press, which can be done through a text screen. There are two parameter settings for the glazed tile pressing machine: equipment parameters and user parameter settings. The equipment parameters include: single pulse length, overshoot, molding distance, molding time, cutting time, etc. The user parameters of the glazed tile pressing machine include: number of sheets, length, first section, last section, pitch, number of sections, and so on. The control system of the glass tile press can also complete the function of cutting single boards.
