The structural principle of the Jiaochi tile press equipment is basically the same as that of the tile press equipment. Regular maintenance can better extend the service life of the equipment and generate more economic benefits. Although the Jiaochi tile press machine is easy to operate and maintain, those who do not understand the equipment structure and operation process must not start the machine.

The maintenance of the Jiaochi tile press is simple, and there are usually three parts that need maintenance, namely the filter, hydraulic components, and hydraulic oil circuit; Below is a brief introduction to maintenance methods for everyone:

1、 Filter section

(1) The filter should be cleaned or replaced every time the oil is changed.

(2) The air filter on the fuel tank needs to be inspected and cleaned every 3 months, and replaced every year.

(3) When there is any alarm or filter abnormality on the device, it should be replaced in a timely manner.

2、 Hydraulic components section

(1) Clean the hydraulic parts (substrate, valves, motors, oil pumps, oil pipes, etc.) every month to prevent dirt from entering, and do not use cleaning agents;

(2) After using the new equipment for one month, it is necessary to promptly check whether the bends of each oil pipe are deformed. If there are any abnormalities, they should be replaced in a timely manner. After two months of use, all fasteners should be inspected and reinforced regularly.

3、 Hydraulic oil circuit section

(1) Regularly check the oil level in the mailbox, and add hydraulic oil in a timely manner when the oil level is low.

(2) The system oil temperature should be maintained between 35 ℃ and 60 ℃, and should not exceed 70 ℃. Excessive oil temperature can cause deterioration and damage to the oil quality and accessories.

(3) After 2000 hours of use, the hydraulic oil of the new tile press should be replaced. After that, the hydraulic oil should be replaced every 4000-6000 hours of operation, and the oil tank should be cleaned every time the hydraulic oil is replaced.
