At the beginning of the design, the ratio of the width of the end face edge to the thickness of the sheet metal can be referred to, and the design can be carried out according to the ratio of the connection or less than 40. The bending angle can be allocated according to the formula. If waves appear during the pressing process, you can try to reduce or eliminate the wave edges by adding appropriate forming rows.

2. Edge reduction or elimination can be achieved through measures such as pre bending, using leveling machines, adjusting the spacing between frames, using rollers, and adjusting the gap between rollers.

3. The forming row at the back has a greater impact on the wavy edge. Under the same end face and roller forming configuration, thick plates are more prone to wavy bending than thin plates. To reduce or eliminate wave bending, deformation should be considered at the beginning of the design, and excessive deformation should not occur in the later forming rows.

4. Each row may produce wavy edges, and the number of rows in the front has a greater impact on the appearance of wavy edges at the edges. Thin plates are more prone to wavy edges than thick plates, and wide edges are more prone to wavy edges than narrow edges.
