1. First, align the height of the four corners of the front and rear rows of the widened 860/900 double-layer tile press from the main frame to the upper end of the bottom shaft. Then, from the top row to the back row, find a straight line and check if the lower shaft is in a straight line. Adjust the left and right sides of the lower shaft to be horizontal.

2. Find the center of the widened 860/900 double-layer tile press head row and the rear row, then tighten the locking nuts on both sides. Draw a straight line in front and behind the center of the middle wheel, adjust the gap between the upper and lower axes, and then adjust the machine along the straight line.

3. The debugging method for widening the 860/900 double-layer tile press plate deviation is to run the plate to the right, pad the left corner (feeding rack), or lower it to the right bottom level (which axis deviates and which axis is lower, and the upper axis falls with the bottom axis).

The 860/900 double-layer tile press for widening is a machine that can be switched between high or low frames. The 860/900 double-layer tile press machine is widened by manually moving the motor belt or large gear, and connecting the T-shaped main keel with a T-shaped keel hanger. If the T-shaped keel needs to be extended, the worktable should be rotated and the sliding seat should be raised to a high point. An object should be supported between the worktable and the bottom of the sliding seat, and the joint should be fixed with a T-shaped keel connector. The secondary keel and the main keel are connected by plug-in connection and do not need accessories. If there is additional load on the ceiling or a large area of ceiling, a U-shaped load-bearing keel is required to allow the sliding seat to fall naturally, causing accidents.
